You said - "It's not clear how to request a sicknote"

We did - In December2023, we added information on how to request a sick note to our website under online services. 

You said - "Please bring back the calling screen to call us to the right room"

We did - In October, we upgraded the calling system and it now calls the name of the patient which will help our visually impaired patients. 

You said - "It's difficult to find which room to go to sometimes and we end up sitting in the wrong waiting room at the University Health Centre"

We did - In September 2023, we added slides to our waiting room screens to say which clinicians always work upstairs or always work downstairs to help patients to know which waiting room to use. We also added a slide with how to find the more difficult rooms at the ends of the building and we hope that this helps. 

You said - "the practice is looking a little tired"

We did - In June 2023, we have implemented a program to freshen up the practice, paint the walls and doors and replace any worn flooring.  We have put noticeboards on the back of the toilet doors to keep them tidy.  Thanks for the feedback!
