The practice has the following access and facilities:
- Car parking
- 2 disabled car parking spaces
- Automatic door at the main entrance
- Disabled toilet on ground and first floor
- Lift to first floor
- Induction loop available for the hard of hearing
- Baby changing facility on ground floor
- Interpretation and translation services for patients who do not speak English, this will normally be via phone. If a face to face interpreter is required eg for British Sign Language or other non-spoken language, this can be arranged with notice (2 weeks minimum). Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment
- Nursing mothers: We do not generally have a private room that we can offer for breast-feeding but mothers are welcome to breast-feed their babies in the waiting room. If this is not acceptable, please speak to one of our receptionists and we will try to find an alternative space, where possible, for nursing your child.
